- Limited Warranty Coverage
We offer a Functional Warranty on specific items (such as Denso Horns and Solex Locks) ensuring they are free from manufacturing defects at the time of purchase.
- Electrical Items: Coverage applies only to the internal circuitry and mechanical function.
- Duration: This warranty is valid for 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Exclusions (What is NOT covered)
This warranty does not cover failures caused by:
- Improper Installation: Damage caused by incorrect wiring, short-circuits, or mounting electrical items (like horns) in positions where water cannot drain.
- External Factors: Damage from accidents, collisions, fire, or exposure to corrosive chemicals (including improper use of WD-40 on sensitive areas).
- Modifications: Any alteration to the product (cutting wires, painting, or opening sealed units) immediately voids all warranties.
- Wear and Tear: Natural degradation of materials over time, such as fading of the Body Kit or dulling of the Slider Caps after a slide.
- Fluids and Consumables
- No Warranty: Due to their nature, there is no warranty on Engine Oils, Coolants, Brake Fluids, or Cleaning Sprays once the seal is broken. We guarantee the authenticity of the brand (e.g., Motul, Flamingo) but cannot guarantee performance if used in a neglected or incompatible engine.
- Limitation of Liability
The shop’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for:
- Labor costs for removing or replacing a defective part.
- Loss of time, bike rental fees, or towing charges.
- Secondary damage to other bike components caused by the failure of a part.
