- Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Window: Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- Seals: For oils, lubricants, and cleaning sprays (Flamingo range), the factory seal must be intact. We cannot accept returns on opened fluids for safety reasons.
- Non-Returnable Items
- Installed mechanical parts (once a brake pad or spark plug is fitted, it cannot be resold).
- Items damaged due to “DIY” installation errors.
- Products purchased on “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”
- Return Process
- Contact Support: Email/Message us with your Order ID and a photo of the item.
- Inspection: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it for signs of use or installation.
- Refund/Exchange: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or exchanged for the correct part within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent), we cover all shipping costs.
- For “Change of Mind” or incorrect model selection by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
