  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Window: Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
  • Seals: For oils, lubricants, and cleaning sprays (Flamingo range), the factory seal must be intact. We cannot accept returns on opened fluids for safety reasons.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Installed mechanical parts (once a brake pad or spark plug is fitted, it cannot be resold).
  • Items damaged due to “DIY” installation errors.
  • Products purchased on “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”
  1. Return Process
  2. Contact Support: Email/Message us with your Order ID and a photo of the item.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it for signs of use or installation.
  4. Refund/Exchange: Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method or exchanged for the correct part within 3-5 business days.
  5. Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent), we cover all shipping costs.
  • For “Change of Mind” or incorrect model selection by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
